Filon Ktima: Beachfront Villa with Infinity Pool and Sea Views

Set above the bay of St. Thomas, Filon Ktima is a spacious, 100% private villa with sweeping views of the Ionian Sea, the mountains and the surrounding vineyards. The sandy beach and its traditional seafront taverna are just a two-minute walk away, and the bay is one of Kefalonia’s top spots for swimming and snorkelling.

The meticulously maintained garden covers over 4,000 m² and is dotted with shady olive trees. The new infinity pool comes with a generous terrace and lounge area, an additional bathroom next to the pool and an outdoor shower. Nearby, the pergola has a barbecue and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, with an adjacent dining area that is perfect for long summer evenings. Wide terraces make the most of the views from morning to sunset.

Indoors

The house offers over 250 m² of living space, with five air-conditioned bedrooms (three with double beds, two with twin beds) and three bathrooms. Upstairs you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with piano, flatscreen TV and open fireplace. The newly renovated and bright lower level has a modern kitchenette, a second living area with flatscreen TV, and a recreation area with pool table. Its large windows even offer some sea views.

Ideal for two families

With two living areas, two indoor kitchens, an outdoor kitchen and space for everyone to spread out, the villa sleeps up to 10 guests. Free WiFi and free on-site parking are included.

Location

Karavados village, with its tavernas and mini markets, is a three-minute drive away. Kefalonia’s airport is only 20 minutes by car, and the island’s capital, Argostoli, is 15 minutes away, a lively harbour town with a waterfront promenade, cafés and shops.
